0、Developers upload app via Xcode.
1、Developers find the app uploaded before on iTunes Connect, choose TestFlight, choose Internal Testing or External Testing, select which version to test, invite testers then start test and they will receive the email.
2、Testers install TestFlight on their devices and login with their Apple ID invited, then click the Start Testing button, the TestFlight app will pop up then click INSTALL button.
